Mechanical Engineering department and Placement & Training cell provides the training programme to improve the technical and soft skills for the Mechanical Engineering students. It allows them to get more opportunities in the field of Design, Manufacturing, Materials and Thermal Engineering.

Key roles of the department

• Industry and Research experts impart knowledge and train the students through guest lecturers, seminars, workshops and other certified programs
• Offering the value added courses such as Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Robotics and Catia V5 (Design) in collaboration with Prag Robotics Ltd and Dassault Systems
• Encourage the slow learners to develop their skills through peer learning and collaborative learning
• Provide industrial exposure for the students through in-plant training, industrial visit and internships
